Cleaning in Place
An efficient Cleaning in Place unit allows rapid and easy cleaning, in order to avoid any risk of cross contamination when working with different products.
Automatic wet cleaning
A Cleaning in place (CIP) unit is available for both SoliValve® sizes. It connects onto the unit like a Passive-SoliValve® and thanks to 3 rotary valves and a special cleaning program in the control cabinet, allows the wet cleaning of the whole contaminated surfaces inside of the Active-SoliValve®.
Small cleaning control cabinet
If the SoliValve® has to be removed from the production room for the cleaning, a small cleaning control cabinet is available to pilot all the functions of the SoliValve® during the cleaning process.
When wet cleaning is not an option, the design of the SoliValve® allows easy access for dry cleaning as well.
