Active-SoliValve®100MO

The Active-SoliValve®100MO (Manual Operation) is our newest cone valve.

The system is based on the principleof the tried and tested SoliValve®100 with the difference that the active coneis opened and closed manually.

For the first time, the advantages of cone closure technology and two-part valves for the transfer ofheavy-flowing solids with a high dust content can be combined in a manual system.

The manual version of theActive-SoliValve® is in no way inferior to the automatic version in terms of cleanliness and extremely low dust emissions.

Both the removal of material and the filling of various containers equipped with the Passive-SoliValve®100 can be carried out under containment conditions up to OEB5.

Just like the automated version of the Active-SoliValve®100, partial discharging can be realised without any problems, regardless of the type of packaging involved.

The Active-SoliValve®100MO opens new possibilities and options for optimising existing processes or implementing new projects.
